Bowl Coatings, Linings & Paint Finish

External Paint Finish


A wide range of Cast Bowls are held in stock with Red Metaline coating inside and RAL 6011 paint finish outside.


Bowls can be finished in almost any colour you choose.

Aylesbury Automation can offer Tooled Vibration Parts Feeders, Tooled Bowls only, Tooled Linear Drivers, Retooled Bowl Tops or the Euroscan Range of Inspection Feeders, to meet customer's specific needs.

The expertise provided by our engineers and technicians for this work has been gained over a period of 40 plus years and the equipment is capable of feeding and orientating simple and complex components as small as 1mm in diameter up to components as large as 125mm in diameter at rates to suit the final requirements.

Aylesbury Automation also offers and encourages customers the opportunity to discuss component design during the early stages to incorporate features to enable the components to be fed and orientated automatically within the production environment.
